  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. It should be returned in its original packaging along with all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Items such as gift cards, personalized products, or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Rejected Refunds:
    If the return does not meet our policy conditions, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Provide clear pictures or videos of the damaged product along with your order details.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you can return the original item as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Purchased with coupon codes
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale.”
