Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping:
    If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before the product has been shipped. Please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.

  • After Shipping:
    Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you can initiate a return or exchange upon receiving the product (as per our Return Policy).

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return or exchange:

    1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.
    2. We will guide you through the process and provide the return shipping address.
    3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Order Cancellation Before Shipping:
    Full refund will be initiated to your Bank Account within 5-7 business days.

  • Product Returns:
    After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds will exclude shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Our team will contact you to gather the necessary bank details.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the following:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as “non-refundable.”

Important Notes

  • Always retain the proof of purchase (order invoice).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
